What are the requirements for using Analytics?

The New Analytics is available on the ShipperHQ Advanced and Enterprise plans. Our advanced feature, Shipping Insights with order storage, must be enabled to take advantage of the full capabilities.

How is shipping profitability calculated?

The shipping profitability chart compares the rated shipping costs with the actual shipping costs. It calculates the difference to show a net gain or net loss.

Can the data be exported to PDF or CSV?

Not in the beta release, but export functionality is in the near-term roadmap.

Where does the data come from?

Our Shipping Insights API enables ShipperHQ to access the shipping and order data from checkout. You can trust that your data is secure with our highly resilient platform, which prevents security breaches. Data privacy and security is built into our DNA.
